It is the organizer and implementer of internal audit, and it plays an important role in implementing the systematic and standardized quality activities of the enterprise.
Quality Engineering (QE)
Quality Engineering (QE) is the most important link in quality technology and plays a key role in product quality. The QE department has DQE (Design Quality Engineer), SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering), PQE (Manufacturing Quality Engineering).
In the ice machine and project design stage, DQE cooperates with designers to review the product design quality and reliability, design output technical documents, drawings, etc., which plays an important role in the formation of the final product quality.
SQE ensures the quality of products purchased from suppliers. From pushing the supplier's quality system to ensure the continuous and rapid production of qualified products, to the confirmation of the supplier's process control methods, sample certification to the establishment of the acceptance standards for both parties, from the quality problems found to promote the supplier's corrective and preventive measures to supply Improvement of commercial process capability.
PQE is the technical department for quality improvement within Ice Springs. Responsible for setting up intelligent and scientific inspection methods, performing type experiments, physical and chemical inspections of batch products, setting appropriate inspection tooling and inspection specifications, auditing and confirming the production process, ensuring that people, equipment, materials, operation methods, The specification as well as the environment meeting the set requirements play a key role.
Quality Control Department (QC)
The Quality Control Department (QC) is equipped with IQC (Incoming Inspection), PQC (Manufacturing Inspection) and FQC (Finished Inspection).
IQC is responsible for confirming and checking the quality of purchased raw materials, components or products, and is the first quality control checkpoint before production. If unqualified products are put into the manufacturing process, the process or the final product will be unqualified, resulting in huge losses and directly affecting the final product quality.
PQC is responsible for the quality control of the production process. One is to confirm the first product when opening or changing products in each batch, and give the production department the standards for producing products. The first inspection has the functions of notification and prevention; the other is that the inspection requirements for online products should be based on the first sample requirements. Control, and do incoming inspection before opening to confirm the correctness of the raw materials of the products to be produced.
FQC is responsible for the shipment inspection of finished products. Before leaving the factory, the quality inspector conducts quality inspection according to the "CBFI Icesource Finished Product Inspection Process", and fills in the corresponding inspection record on the "Finished Product Inspection Record Form".
