The source of these two accidents turned out to be that the one-way valve of the oil tank entered the debris, which caused the oil supply pressure to drop, which could not meet the oil pressure of the machine head.

1. Operators of refrigeration equipment in the workshop must regularly check the conditions of the equipment, especially the high and low pressure of the pipeline, and the oil level. They may exceed the limit or even explode or damage the equipment due to physical reasons.
2. The refrigerating machine oil needs to be changed regularly, and to ensure high-quality and good operation.
3. Periodically inspect the dryer, oil separator, pipeline valve, etc. of the unit to ensure compliance with production regulations.
4. Strengthen the safety training for the operating staff, whether it is production or maintenance workers, safety training is essential for this.
5. Try to use the maintenance channels provided by the manufacturer. Due to the uneven technical participation of maintenance workers, secondary accidents may occur due to lack of technology.
You may not imagine that a small one-way valve can also cause the cold storage compressor to be paralyzed twice in a row, which will stop normal production and cause immeasurable losses to the enterprise. Therefore, production must be safe and equipment used reasonably.
